Welcome to Laura Morris Osteopathy, a community-focused osteopathy clinic based in Bedminster, BS3, serving South Bristol, Totterdown, Southville, Ashton, and surrounding areas.

I provide evidence-informed osteopathic care for adults, babies, children and athletes. My approach combines hands-on treatment, exercise therapy, movement rehabilitation and pain education to help people recover from injury, manage chronic pain and improve long-term wellbeing.

I have a particular interest and post graduate qualifications in:

• Women’s health and pelvic health
• Paediatric osteopathy
• Chronic pain and persistent health conditions
• Sports injuries and running-related injuries
• Trauma-informed care
• Exercise rehabilitation and movement therapy

My goal is not just to treat symptoms, but to help you understand your body, move with confidence and feel stronger long term.

As a registered osteopath, I assess, diagnose and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.

Areas of Expertise

Laura Morris M.Ost SPOP

Before becoming an Osteopath, Laura worked for various organisations and charities in Bristol and the Southwest, delivering confidence building workshops and team- building courses.
Laura qualified as a massage therapist during her degree at the British School of Osteopathy and worked in South Bristol where she enjoyed building her knowledge about biomechanics and how to combine symptoms, medical history and lifestyle to promote optimum health in an individual, she frequently works alongside other healthcare providers such as GPs and midwives.

Laura enjoys treating a wide range of patients but has a particular interest in Osteopathy for women and children.
Laura has over 20 years’ experience of working as a Doula, and birth educator supporting mothers and fathers throughout the process of birth and beyond.

Laura is very active has a keen interest in running and yoga, but her passion is for outdoor swimming!
